Social Ads Creative Strategist
Develop social ad strategies, creative concepts, and copy for ASight clients. Lead UGC projects and use campaign performance data to inform creative decisions.

- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Set creative strategies and roadmaps for clients
- Track competitor activity and social media trends
- Develop and present creative ideas to clients, grounded in strategic insights
- Write creative concepts, including angles, concepts, copy, and scripts
- Brief production teams
- Monitor ad performance and draw insights from results
- Manage UGC projects, from casting and creator briefings to rate negotiations and project tracking
- Arrange or take part in filming selected creative formats
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least two years of marketing experience
- Have advanced marketing knowledge and strategic perspective
- Identify target audiences, communicate with them effectively, and understand their pain points
- Understand marketing angles, personas, and advertising concepts
- Handle organizational challenges and find solutions
- Be interested in social media and able to spot emerging trends
- Stay organized while managing several projects at once
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Prepare thorough briefs for production teams
- Content creation experience, especially with UGC, is an advantage
- Experience analyzing advertising metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, and ROAS is an advantage
