Senior Software Engineer, Security Services (Israel Remote)
Build browser security, data loss prevention, and AI capabilities at Akamai. Lead cloud-native microservices that protect millions of enterprise workspaces.
विवरण
- Create security capabilities that address evolving web threats, shadow AI, and browser data leakage
- Lead a business-critical cloud-native microservice architecture safeguarding millions of enterprise workspaces
- Apply AI frameworks and development tools to deliver AI-driven security features
- Build Akamai’s browser extension, DLP and policy engines, and identity provider and SIEM integrations
- Contribute across browser extensions, shared engines, backend services, and the React management console
- Partner with DevOps, Product Management, and security specialists
- Ship secure, scalable software several times each day
आवश्यकताएँ
- Four or more years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced proficiency with at least one of Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Rust
- Practical experience with data modeling and relational databases
- Experience designing complex data pipelines and high-throughput systems with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka
- Experience developing cloud-native microservices on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
- Experience developing security products or client-side software for end-user devices
