- More than five years of professional software development experience
- A demonstrated ability to design complex software architectures from the ground up
- A university degree at M.Sc. level or above in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Expert proficiency in C++
- Expert proficiency in Python
- Experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Django, or comparable web development technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Linux
- A readiness to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines
- A genuine interest in autonomous mobile robotics
- Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 is advantageous
- Practical experience processing 3D point clouds and working with spatial data structures is advantageous
- Experience building high-performance real-time software is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with multi-sensor fusion is advantageous
- Experience working in agile development environments is advantageous
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software pipeline development is advantageous
- Project management experience and direct customer-facing work are advantageous
