- Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the marketing squad’s Product Owner
- Turn consumer insights into positioning, messaging, communication strategies, and adoption plans
- Create marketing strategies that support long-term goals and measurable business results
- Lead communication and engagement campaigns from initial planning through performance review
- Build KPI frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and adoption
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with consumer needs, business priorities, and organisational goals
- Lead positioning, messaging, communication, and adoption strategies for product launches
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships and advise teams through consumer insights, performance data, and strategic recommendations
- Mentor colleagues and support marketing capability development
- Work across squads, tribes, and leadership teams to increase user value and adoption
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, economics, or a related discipline
- At least seven years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, consumer engagement, communications, adoption, or a related field
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering strategic marketing and communications initiatives
- Professional experience in Agile environments
- Experience partnering with multidisciplinary teams
- Current residence in the Netherlands
- Legal authorisation to work in the Netherlands
