विवरण
- Take ownership of business challenges from initial discussion through production and ongoing improvement
- Develop backend services for pricing, inventory, orders, and integrations across suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Create AI agents, tools, and APIs with idempotency, validation, audit trails, and human review for safe execution
- Design interfaces that help commercial teams assess proposals, fix errors, and approve decisions
- Convert supplier price lists, datasheets, and inventory feeds into reliable operational data
- Assess delivered products and monitor LLM-powered workflows in production
- Set technical direction and record key trade-offs
- Support engineer development through code reviews, pairing, and direct feedback
- Contribute to hiring through interviews and the definition of engineering standards
- Help develop a scalable pricing engine and automate procurement processes with AI agents
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience building and operating production software
- Strong production-scale backend expertise in Java or a comparable language such as Kotlin, C#, or Go
- Willingness to work with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing distributed, event-driven systems with careful attention to data integrity and failure handling
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Hands-on AWS experience
- Experience delivering full-stack products, including TypeScript and React frontends
- Product judgment, including the ability to understand user needs and turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company
- Demonstrated ability to solve commercial and operational problems, not just technical tasks
- Experience with LLMs or agent frameworks is a strong advantage
- Curiosity and sound engineering judgment when working with LLMs or agent frameworks
- Ability to strengthen the people around you and challenge unclear decisions constructively
- Experience in trading, marketplaces, supply chain, fintech, or other data-sensitive domains is a bonus
- Professional working proficiency in English
