- Champion engineering best practices and high-quality development methods
- Resolve complex design and technical challenges
- Improve system usability and performance to deliver a consistent user experience
- Partner with engineering, Product Management, and Design to clarify requirements and deliver quality code on schedule
- Lead engineering processes spanning planning, design, delivery, and maintenance
- Manage complex projects from inception through completion with limited guidance
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience developing backend APIs, web services, and user interfaces
- Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, ECMAScript standards, and SQL, including MySQL
- Background building scalable, customer-facing web applications
- Experience applying and promoting test-driven development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or AWS is desirable
- Current authorization to work in Canada is strongly preferred
- Visa sponsorship may be considered exceptionally for highly qualified candidates with specialized skills essential to the role
