- Coordinate with Engineering and Product leaders, People, and Finance to connect investment decisions with company strategy
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least eight years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering leaders and supporting technical teams and corporate functions
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and SaaS cost drivers, including cloud economics, AI and compute scaling, enterprise tools, and the margin effects of architecture and vendors
- Experience overseeing complex headcount models spanning multiple departments
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario planning, explicit assumptions, and sensitivity analysis
- Sound analytical judgment with the ability to isolate important variables in large and complex datasets
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to problems without an established playbook
- Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to clarify complex financial and technical subjects and produce polished executive materials
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Hands-on Pigment experience is a plus
