Senior Event Proposal Manager
Develop tailored, priced RFP solutions for Maritz business experience programs. Lead cross-functional presales teams and bring together industry, product, and service expertise.

- Partner with Sales to develop distinctive solutions for business opportunities
- Lead the creation of solution deliverables, including pricing and tailored content
- Work with subject matter experts across functions to develop strategic responses to client RFPs
- Research clients to strengthen proposal competitiveness
- Set timelines and maintain regular communication throughout the proposal process
- Gather input from multiple sources and shape it into persuasive proposals
- Lead presales teams responding to complex, strategic client requests
- Coordinate contributions from functional teams, Maritz business units, and vendors as needed
- Bring industry, technical, product, and service expertise into proposal responses
- Advance Experience Design strategies within the presales team
- Stay current on company processes, technology, services, and relevant industry trends and innovations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 7 years of experience in a related professional field
- Experience managing projects involving services preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and strategic leadership ability
- Knowledge of strategy development preferred
- Strong understanding of Maritz products, services, operations, and business approach preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to present strategic recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
