  • Review provider reimbursement arrangements, claims data, and network metrics to identify opportunities to improve PPO discounts
  • Lead fee schedule negotiations and network optimization efforts aligned with financial objectives
  • Assess market conditions, competitive factors, and provider-specific considerations to shape contracting strategies
  • Evaluate the financial and operational effects of reimbursement changes and network adjustments
  • Partner with network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations, and product teams
  • Develop and sustain relationships with dental providers and provider organizations
  • Present data-supported recommendations and business cases to leaders and key stakeholders
  • Help improve network performance, provider engagement, and the competitiveness of Aetna Dental’s national provider network

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of experience in provider network management, sales, provider relations, customer service, healthcare reimbursement, dental practice operations, or a payer setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated negotiation, influence, and relationship-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing data
  • Experience working with claims or reimbursement data
  • Preferred: five or more years of dental industry experience
  • Familiarity with PPO, DMO, Medicare, and other dental network products
  • Knowledge of provider contracting, fee schedule creation, and healthcare reimbursement methods
  • One to three years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare economics, or a related analytical field
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools
  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
