  • Create and monitor consistent Power BI dashboards and reports for teams across sites and functions.
  • Turn operational goals into useful KPIs and visualizations for site and network decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to find and close gaps in data visibility.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to ensure business needs are reflected in data collection.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to build and maintain efficient, reliable data pipelines.
  • Set reporting standards through shared metric definitions, documentation, and governance.
  • Explain findings clearly to frontline teams, executives, and customers.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges and use data to improve performance.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis in warehouse fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or a similar setting.
  • Expert ability to build insight-driven dashboards in Power BI or comparable BI tools using large, complex datasets.
  • Strong experience with data modeling and KPI design.
  • Strong SQL skills for extracting, validating, and interpreting operational data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing Operations leaders and communicating analysis and insights clearly with business stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and operational event data, such as WMS scan events, exception codes, labor tracking, and station performance.
  • Experience supporting performance reviews across multiple sites and standardizing KPIs across a network.
  • Understand and follow the security guidelines in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
