Senior Content Manager at GoMining (Remote, Georgia)
Lead GoMining’s crypto content and social strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Convert audience engagement into registrations and paying users through measurable acquisition initiatives.

- Build content strategies for varied audiences, platforms, and markets.
- Tailor content to platform formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Explain complex crypto, financial, and technical products through clear, engaging narratives.
- Produce short-form videos, graphics, photography, threads, and other original formats.
- Partner with designers and video editors to deliver polished content.
- Turn product updates, PR materials, and long-form assets into platform-native social posts.
- Manage the content calendar and publishing process.
- Respond to trends, news, and market developments while preserving a consistent brand voice.
- Develop social media into a measurable acquisition and conversion channel.
- Own performance metrics covering reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and paying users.
- Implement and maintain UTM, attribution, and analytics tracking.
- Evaluate results, derive insights, and test content formats and growth hypotheses.
- Grow KOL and influencer partnerships through sourcing, briefing, negotiation, and ROI tracking.
- Test unconventional approaches to organic audience growth.
- Coordinate social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.
- Track community sentiment and oversee moderation across social channels.
- Support crisis communications and address scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational threats.
- Partner with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multichannel campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with financial and crypto regulations, including geographic restrictions and communication limits.

- At least four years of practical experience in social media and content management.
- Demonstrated success growing channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and/or Telegram.
- A portfolio or case studies showing measurable gains in reach, engagement, acquisition, or revenue.
- Experience supporting large-scale B2C digital products.
- Evidence of converting social audiences into registered or paying customers.
- Experience creating communications for crypto products and both mainstream and crypto-native audiences.
- Strong knowledge of social analytics, attribution, UTMs, and funnel measurement.
- Experience managing KOL and influencer relationships.
- Ability to shape strategy, originate ideas, and oversee content production independently.
- Strong grasp of platform trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Native or near-native English proficiency at C1/C2 level, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience building and managing Reddit communities is a plus.
- Familiarity with CoinMarketCap Community, CoinGecko, Binance Square, or comparable crypto platforms is a plus.
- Experience with financial, fintech, investment, or other regulated products is a plus.
- Experience working with global B2C brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation is a plus.
