Senior Brand Designer

Lead Monato’s visual identity and develop consistent brand systems and marketing materials for a Mexican financial infrastructure company.

  • Own Monato’s visual identity system, including brand books, style guides and brand components, and maintain its consistent use across every touchpoint.
  • Define and document the brand’s personality, voice, tone and editorial guidelines to bring consistency to company communications.
  • Create materials for social media, campaigns, editorial content, newsletters and business communications.
  • Guide product designers on visual direction, align standards, give feedback and maintain brand consistency across materials created by each squad.
  • Work with marketing and commercial teams to understand their needs, plan deliverables and ensure materials support their strategies.
  • Serve as the internal brand point of contact, ensuring every company asset communicates with consistency and quality.
  • Make AI and automation a regular part of production workflows.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience in brand design, graphic design or art direction, ideally at technology or fintech companies or B2B-focused agencies.
  • A strong portfolio featuring visual identities, design systems, editorial applications and marketing materials.
  • Experience building or evolving brand systems, not only applying existing ones.
  • Experience defining brand personality, voice and tone.
  • Ability to align other designers and provide creative direction.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once with different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI tools for visual production.
  • Active use of AI to improve and scale material production.
  • Illustration skills are a plus.
  • Experience with B2B or fintech brands is a plus.
