  • Build and maintain essential components for payment and compliance products
  • Deliver clean, tested, maintainable production code
  • Partner with product colleagues to design, build, and launch new capabilities
  • Drive technical decisions within the engineering squad
  • Own solution design, establish engineering standards, review code, and mentor colleagues
  • Shape architecture across microservices, event-driven systems, and scalable platforms
  • Improve system performance, resilience, and security on an ongoing basis
  • Apply AI tools in everyday development and support broader adoption
  • Collaborate across engineering, product management, and analytics

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience working with JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin
  • Practical experience with Spring or Spring Boot, Maven, relational databases and SQL, and Git
  • Strong commitment to clean code, automated testing, SOLID principles, design patterns, and current development practices
  • Substantial experience with Docker, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to make and justify technical decisions while supporting the growth of other engineers
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into software development workflows
  • A curious, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud is advantageous
