Advise corporate clients on sanctions, export controls, regulatory investigations and related compliance risks. Support white-collar crime, litigation and disputes matters at A&L Goodbody, a leading Irish law firm.

- Advise major Irish and international businesses on the operational, transactional and supply-chain implications of sanctions and export controls
- Turn sanctions, export-control and geopolitical developments into clear, practical guidance for clients
- Create commercially focused solutions to complex, business-critical sanctions and export-control issues
- Support investigations and potential prosecutions involving alleged regulatory non-compliance
- Advise corporate clients on white-collar crime risks, including fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering and corporate offences
- Represent clients in engagements with regulators including the Central Bank of Ireland and the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission
- Apply for authorisations and manage responses to information requests, investigations and dawn raids
- Collaborate with white-collar and disputes teams on corporate crises involving regulatory scrutiny and related civil litigation
- Deliver strategic and practical advice on sanctions regimes, export licensing, compliance programmes, reporting duties and the effect of sanctions on commercial transactions
आवश्यकताएँ
- A solicitor qualification is expected for this role
- Strong interest in sanctions, export controls, white-collar crime or regulatory investigations
- Ideally, 1–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience gained in a large, medium-sized or boutique corporate law firm
- Experience or demonstrated interest in advising on sanctions and export controls
- Experience or demonstrated interest in white-collar crime, including fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering and corporate offences
- Experience or demonstrated interest in working with regulators, including the Central Bank of Ireland and the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission
- Ability to advise corporate clients across sectors including financial services, aviation, technology, energy, life sciences, manufacturing and international trade
