Astound Broadband is hiring a full-time, onsite residential sales representative in the Midland-Odessa area. The role focuses on door-to-door customer acquisition and selling internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services.

- Acquire residential customers through professional, face-to-face engagement
- Follow up on daily assigned leads
- Learn assigned properties and portfolio details
- Distribute marketing materials and support targeted campaigns
- Increase awareness of the Astound brand
- Review property contracts, service levels, restrictions, and obligations
- Identify customer needs and explain suitable solutions
- Visit residences, provide quotes, and process new orders
- Participate in required sales meetings
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management
- Track competitor activity in the market
- Complete other assigned duties

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Willingness to work outdoors, with approximately 90% of the role conducted in the field
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, presentation, and influencing abilities
- Positive, creative, and persuasive approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed time-management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working toward sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday, with schedule flexibility and occasional business-directed weekend work
