- Create short-form vertical ads designed to drive direct response on Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Edit from scripts and briefs prepared by the creative team
- Add captions, b-roll, music, sound design and basic color grading
- Build multiple edits and hook tests from the same footage
- Turn around edits the same day or by the next day
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least two years of short-form video editing experience, ideally with performance ads for ecommerce brands
- Show a strong feel for pacing, rhythm and storytelling
- Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve proficiently
- Maintain editing volume without sacrificing quality
- Keep files and versions well organized
- Have motion graphics and After Effects experience
- Have experience working with UGC and creator footage
- Understand how to create an effective hook within the first three seconds of an ad
