Remote Financial Controller, UK
Oversee accounting, reporting and financial controls at Huble, a global HubSpot, AI and marketing consultancy. Lead the accounts team and finance operations across nine countries.

- Manage day-to-day finance across all Group entities, from bookkeeping through trial balance.
- Lead month-end close and deliver timely management accounts and consolidated Group reports.
- Forecast cash flow and track Group cash, debtor days and working capital across currencies.
- Improve financial controls, policies and approvals, including intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
- Manage revenue recognition for projects, retainers and subscriptions, and increase visibility into margins by customer, service and region.
- Lead budgeting and reforecasting, turning variances into actionable insight for leadership.
- Oversee the annual audit and coordinate statutory accounts, VAT/GST and tax compliance with external advisers.
- Streamline and automate finance processes, including assessing potential AI applications.
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounts team.
- Report to the Group Finance Director.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold an ACA, ACCA or equivalent UK accounting qualification.
- Have experience managing a finance or accounts team.
- Bring hands-on knowledge of the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to consolidated management accounts.
- Have worked across multiple legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, including intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
- Know financial controls, auditing, statutory reporting, VAT and payroll.
- Have solid cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Be proficient with Xero and Excel.
- Demonstrate a record of improving finance processes and systems.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Be based in the UK.
