विवरण

  • Oversee daily accounting across entities and currencies in the US, UK, Ireland, India, Austria, and Australia.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
  • Maintain US GAAP compliance and support local statutory reporting.
  • Work with FP&A on forecast inputs, variance analysis, balance sheet matters, and cash flow support.
  • Act as the main contact for external auditors and manage audit PBC lists.
  • Apply and document accounting policies covering ASC 606, leases, stock-based compensation, ASC 8050, and intercompany arrangements.
  • Investigate complex accounting questions and raise significant judgments with the VP of Finance.
  • Coordinate with Tax and external advisors on income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and payroll accounting.
  • Assess accounting processes for errors, bottlenecks, and opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or use AI agents.
  • Define the target operating model for AI-enabled finance workflows.
  • Work with Finance leaders, IT, and technology vendors to pilot, validate, and scale agent-enabled workflows.
  • Track the quality and performance of processes supported by agents.
  • Develop the roadmap and business case for process changes, and share progress with stakeholders.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is a plus.
  • At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth or PE/VC-backed environment is a plus.
  • Experience implementing AI, RPA, or workflow automation in a finance function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls.
  • Ability to build internal processes that support accurate financial reporting at scale.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to see the broader picture.
  • Ability to work across functions to support enterprise growth.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, financial analysis, and dataset analysis skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones, with flexibility to overlap with Ireland and India.
  • Sound judgment, a sense of ownership, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
