Programmatic Retail Account Manager
Manage and optimize programmatic retail campaigns at DEPT®, a technology and marketing services company. The role covers campaign delivery, performance reporting, client relationships, and mentoring coordinators.

- Support the delivery and optimization of programmatic campaigns for retail clients
- Partner with account leads, coordinators, and cross-functional teams on client-focused recommendations and programmatic best practices
- Oversee daily campaign execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting
- Help develop and present programmatic strategies to improve client results
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
- Spot performance trends, resolve issues, and use data to inform decisions
- Coach and mentor coordinators
- Support a positive team environment and help improve workflows and innovation
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 2 years of programmatic media experience, ideally spanning CTV, display, and video
- Practical experience with retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or Best Buy
- Proficiency with major demand-side platforms; The Trade Desk and DV360 are preferred
- Familiarity with ad servers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Able to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced setting
- Experience supporting campaign management in Google Ads (GDA and YouTube) and/or Amazon DSP
- Comfort using advanced features in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience training or guiding junior colleagues is a plus
- Exposure to native, audio, or out-of-home advertising is a plus
