- A strong portfolio featuring relevant work

- Skill in creating interactive prototypes, micro-animations, wireframes, and mockups
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable professional design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain and support design decisions while remaining open to feedback
- Ability to collaborate and take part in constructive critique with design peers
- Three to five years of SaaS application design experience in an Agile development environment, depending on experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
