Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer – Adelaide Onsite
Join Liebherr’s Australian mining and construction equipment business as a part-time Accounts Payable Officer handling invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
विवरण
- Process supplier invoices accurately, including coding, purchase order matching, and timely finance-system entry
- Provide end-to-end accounts payable support and help ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on schedule
- Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs
- Keep creditor records and supplier account information accurate and up to date
- Support month-end activities through account reconciliations and complete, accurate financial records
- Find ways to streamline processes and strengthen Accounts Payable performance
- Provide general administrative support
- Work with internal stakeholders, branch teams, and suppliers to resolve queries and sustain effective working relationships
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least three years of Accounts Payable experience
- Demonstrated experience working in an Accounts Payable position
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, purchase order matching, and supplier account administration
- Ability to process high transaction volumes accurately while protecting data integrity and maintaining close attention to detail
- Experience preparing payment runs, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end financial activities
- Strong general computer literacy
- Comfort using ERP or accounting systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office capability, especially in Excel
- Well-developed analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Candidates who progress beyond interview must complete National Police Clearance and medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing
