On-Site Sales Consultant – Southwest Houston and Sugar Land
Johnson Brothers is seeking an on-site Sales Consultant to manage retail beverage sales across southwest Houston and Sugar Land. The role covers account sales, merchandising, customer service, and territory growth for a family-owned wine, spirits, and beer distributor.

- Oversee an established territory through sales, service, merchandising, administration, and accurate accounts receivable maintenance
- Maintain regular contact with customers
- Develop and carry out sales initiatives
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of products and pricing schedules
- Deliver effective sales presentations
- Meet company goals and expand the business
- Develop new customer accounts and relationships
- Use available point-of-sale materials to support sales efforts
- Maintain merchandising standards across displays, shelves, cold boxes, counters, and windows
- Complete all required steps during customer sales calls
- Check inventory and communicate discrepancies to reduce ordering errors
- Rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, and displays
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related industry
- Previous route sales experience is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated focus on goals and measurable results
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable transportation with proof of insurance
