- Design realistic mobile engineering tasks for advanced AI models using existing code repositories.
- Develop challenges in debugging, feature work, refactoring, state management, lifecycle handling, and performance optimization.
- Create tasks in at least one track: cross-platform development with React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Flutter and Dart; iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI, or UIKit; or Android development with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or the Android View system.
- Prepare reproducible environments with clear requirements, dependencies, and run instructions.
- Build deterministic automated checks that accept correct implementations and reject flawed, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.
- Create and verify reference solutions that demonstrate sound approaches to each task.
- Ensure tasks are technically demanding, clear, reproducible, and suited to assessing advanced AI coding capabilities.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial practical experience in at least one mobile specialization: cross-platform, iOS, or Android development.
- Strong command of at least one relevant language: TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Swift, or Kotlin.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycles.
- Demonstrated skill diagnosing complex mobile application issues, finding subtle defects, and delivering robust fixes.
- Experience building mobile features, refactoring code, and improving application performance.
- Ability to write automated tests, verify expected behavior, and distinguish correct solutions from superficial workarounds.
- Strong analytical skills, careful attention to detail, and clear technical documentation.
- Able to start soon after onboarding and meet minimum weekly task submission requirements.
