- Build new client relationships through business development, referrals, existing clients, and centers of influence
- Manage client relationships by understanding their goals, purpose, and business position
- Partner with internal teams to connect clients with relevant opportunities
- Establish a presence in the local business community and convert it into relationships with clients and internal partners
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Respond promptly to assigned clients’ questions, inquiries, and issues
- Provide high-quality client service
- Use industry and company knowledge to prepare financial and strategic proposals for clients and prospects
- Manage and expand a Commercial Banking client portfolio
- Generate growth across commercial business segments
- Provide Commercial Banking solutions, expertise, and advice
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in Commercial or Business Banking
- Proven ability to develop new business
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and account principles, including valuation methods and cash flow analysis
- Experience overseeing credit quality for a commercial banking portfolio serving clients with generally $250K-$5MM credit needs and/or complex cash management requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Legal authorization to work at the specified location(s)
- Valid work or study permit, where applicable
- Willingness to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests, which may include simulations, coding, or MS Office
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
