- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to guide data-driven decisions
- Oversee data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness and impact of food security programs
- Research and conduct exploratory data analysis to inform program strategies
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity and ensure reporting compliance
- Develop and manage key performance indicators and reporting metrics
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to MEAL Analysts and other team members
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen program evaluation and apply MEAL best practices
- Design and deliver training on data management and evaluation practices
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, grantors, and other stakeholders
- Carry out other duties as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public health, evaluation, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A master’s degree is highly competitive
- At least 3–5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis roles
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards
- Experience in nonprofit, food security, or related sectors is an advantage
