  • Support the planning, delivery, and tracking of marketing programs across email, events, social media, content marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Own content marketing workflows, including audits, gap assessments, stakeholder reviews, and development of new marketing materials.
  • Monitor media-plan delivery and assist campaign managers with execution.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders while supporting marketing budget monitoring.
  • Build and maintain project plans, track delivery, and report key performance metrics.
  • Administer marketing budgets and review procedures in line with internal requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships from onboarding and contracting through performance monitoring.
  • Organize marketing events and maintain proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Share project progress and results through clear communication, presentations, and effective storytelling.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work in an office setting, with occasional travel to site locations domestically and internationally.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of experience in a marketing-related position.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification; relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating workflow in an advertising agency or a comparable environment.
  • Practical experience planning and executing paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
  • Working knowledge of marketing platforms, channels, and best practices across social media, digital, and email marketing.
  • Ability to independently advance projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capability, including interpreting metrics and producing actionable reports.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to access and operate a range of in-house and commercially available software applications.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
