  • Maintain accurate inventory across third-party logistics providers and SAP.
  • Monitor system integrations that support warehouse operations.
  • Reconcile inventory between third-party warehouse management systems and SAP.
  • Analyze inventory exceptions, including discrepancies, stock status and location mismatches, and incomplete transactions.
  • Find the causes of inventory variances and coordinate recounts, corrections and adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain inventory KPIs and exception reports.
  • Support cycle counts, period-end reconciliations and inventory control.
  • Monitor data flows between SAP, third-party warehouse systems and connected platforms.
  • Investigate SAP transactions, IDocs, EDI messages and interface exceptions.
  • Trace issues across SAP, warehouse systems, interfaces, master data and business processes.
  • Resolve transactional issues according to established procedures and controls.
  • Work with IT and external support teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Partner with third-party logistics providers and internal teams to investigate issues and apply corrective actions.
  • Report operational risks, trends and exceptions to stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support and logistics expertise to cross-functional teams.
  • Support supply chain initiatives involving inventory, SAP, warehouse systems and integrations.
  • Take part in system testing, enhancements, implementations, integrations and cutovers.
  • Support third-party logistics onboarding and changes to warehouse processes and system integrations.
  • Create and maintain reconciliation procedures, troubleshooting guides and standard work.
  • Identify ways to strengthen controls, reporting, processes and system reliability.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, distribution, logistics or supply chain.
  • Have an undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, information systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, information systems or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have practical SAP experience with inventory transactions, reporting, reconciliation and discrepancy research.
  • Have experience working with third-party logistics providers and warehouse management systems.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues across systems and data sources and identify root causes.
  • Use Microsoft Excel proficiently to analyze operational data, build reports and identify trends.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of EDI, IDocs, system interfaces or other integrated transactions.
  • Preferred: experience supporting system testing, implementations, integrations or process improvement initiatives.
  • Independently investigate and resolve inventory and transactional issues, recognizing when technical escalation is needed.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, translating operational and system issues for Logistics, third-party logistics and IT teams.
  • Organize work effectively while managing multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.
  • Practical use of generative AI or similar technology for analysis, problem-solving, documentation or productivity is a plus.
  • Bring a positive, customer-focused, can-do approach to a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment.
