Junior Account Manager – Food Retail Product Operations
Manage product specifications, packaging copy, artwork approvals and client service for Ashbury’s food retail account. This full-time role is remote in the UK and involves coordinating stakeholders, service delivery and client priorities.

- Guide each product through the appropriate process
- Oversee product specifications, packaging copy and artwork approvals
- Deliver daily service support to the client
- Assist the client’s internal teams
- Coordinate capacity and capabilities while supporting client priorities
- Identify opportunities to expand and improve service delivery
- Represent Ashbury in client meetings
- Develop relationships with key client stakeholders to strengthen Ashbury’s profile and reputation
- Prepare performance and status reports
- Manage client feedback and navigate challenging stakeholder discussions
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of account management or project management experience
- Experience in FMCG, preferably food retail
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- A collaborative team approach
- Proficiency with IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong accuracy, pace and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and develop processes
