Translate property marketing requests into collateral that supports the strategic direction set by fee-earners, marketing partners, and team leaders.
Design brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, broker opinions of value (BOVs), presentations, and other graphics.
Create logos and visual brand systems that reflect each property’s character and identity.
Deliver consistent, high-quality design work promptly, including under tight deadlines.
Develop designs and materials that support marketing objectives.
Manage creative production and check work for quality.
Share progress with fee-earners and Marketing Specialists, and coordinate with Marketing leadership.
Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and explain the creative decisions behind them.
Share design best practices, keep up with current trends, and promote creativity across the Graphic Design team.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree.
3–4 years of professional services graphic design experience; real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing experience is preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining quality in a high-volume department.
Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and effective in a group setting.
Creative, organized, and highly motivated, with a strong design sensibility.
Enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial sales environment.
A strong portfolio showing varied design work, including branding, marketing collateral, and long-form design.
