  • Develop property logos and visual identities that capture each property’s character.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality design work on tight deadlines.
  • Align creative materials with marketing objectives.
  • Manage creative production and quality control.
  • Keep fee earners informed of progress and coordinate with marketing leaders as needed.
  • Maintain an efficient, reliable creative workflow.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five to seven years of professional services graphic design experience; real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality in a high-volume department.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, takes initiative, and works well with a group.
  • Creative, organized, and highly motivated.
  • Strong design sensibility.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial sales environment.
  • A strong portfolio with varied design work, including branding, marketing collateral, and long-form design.
