  • Translate property marketing requests into collateral that supports the strategic direction set by fee-earners, marketing partners, and team leaders.
  • Design brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, broker opinions of value (BOVs), presentations, and other graphics.
  • Create logos and visual brand systems that reflect each property’s character and identity.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality design work promptly, including under tight deadlines.
  • Develop designs and materials that support marketing objectives.
  • Manage creative production and check work for quality.
  • Share progress with fee-earners and Marketing Specialists, and coordinate with Marketing leadership.
  • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and explain the creative decisions behind them.
  • Share design best practices, keep up with current trends, and promote creativity across the Graphic Design team.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–4 years of professional services graphic design experience; real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining quality in a high-volume department.
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and effective in a group setting.
  • Creative, organized, and highly motivated, with a strong design sensibility.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial sales environment.
  • A strong portfolio showing varied design work, including branding, marketing collateral, and long-form design.
