- Deliver daily production support for equity and fixed-income trading systems
- Assist traders, sales professionals, and other front-office stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and connectivity problems
- Monitor trading and regulatory reporting systems to maintain reliable operations
- Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams on key initiatives
- Diagnose recurring system problems and deliver durable fixes and process enhancements
- Create scripts and automation that improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to upgrades, releases, testing, and change-management processes
- Support regulatory reporting activities and related controls
आवश्यकताएँ
- Professional experience supporting front-office trading technology
- Working knowledge of equity and fixed-income trading processes
- Strong analytical ability and practical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Experience using Shell languages such as sh, ksh, or bash, and/or batch scripting
- Programming experience with Python, Java, C#, or C++
- Capacity to work independently in a demanding, fast-moving environment
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with equity regulatory reporting, including CAT, TRF/ORF, and Rule 606
- Preferred: Familiarity with fixed-income regulatory reporting, including TRACE
- Preferred: Experience with FIX Protocol versions 4.2–5.0 and routing platforms
- Preferred: Experience supporting Bloomberg TOMS, Ullink Bridge, FlexTrade, or comparable OMS platforms
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases
- Preferred: Knowledge of JavaScript and current web technologies
- Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including macros
- Preferred: Understanding of equity and fixed-income securities and the trade lifecycle
