- Manage accounts payable and receivable support activities
- Help record financial transactions and monitor payments
- Maintain organized administrative files and records
- Handle purchasing requests and assist with day-to-day office operations
- Keep spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
- Provide administrative and finance support across the team
- Collaborate with finance colleagues to structure and improve processes
- Build independence while developing professionally
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous administrative or finance experience, including entry-level experience
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with payment processes, financial controls, or financial organization
- High school diploma
- Experience using financial ERP systems is advantageous
- Basic experience tracking cash flow or reconciling bank accounts is advantageous
- Additional coursework in administration, finance, or accounting is advantageous
- Ability to commute easily to the Pampulha or São José areas
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week
