- Manage and grow the customer base across the assigned sales territory
- Advise customers and coordinate activities tailored to their needs
- Maintain effective shelf placement for premium tobacco products
- Deliver creative promotions and represent the brands professionally in stores
- Train retail sales teams
- Represent the company at trade fairs
- Plan sales routes and submit reports through iPad-based and online tools
- Monitor competitors and assess market trends

- Background in field sales, sales, or retail
- Persuasive, communicative, and service-focused approach
- Self-directed, well-organized, and driven by goals

- Class B driving licence
