  • Build the EAM process framework, including process models, RACI matrices, and requirements catalogs.
  • Assess tools through RFI and RFP processes.
  • Implement and configure the EAM toolchain.
  • Design data imports and integrations with CMDB, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
  • Assess emerging EAM methods, including Wardley Mapping and Business Capability Heatmaps.
  • Review processes regularly.
  • Plan and deliver tool updates and functional improvements.
  • Adapt the architecture metamodel as requirements evolve.
  • Track EAM process maturity against industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain the availability and scalability of EAM tools.
  • Manage role and access concepts.
  • Set data quality KPIs and check data for completeness, currency, and consistency.
  • Create training and onboarding plans.
  • Maintain user documentation and develop guidelines.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring several years of IT architecture experience, particularly in solution or enterprise architecture.
  • Technical leadership experience is preferred.
  • Have practical experience planning and managing current and future IT landscapes.
  • Have implemented and administered a leading EAM tool, such as LeanIX, Ardoq, MEGA HOPEX, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or ADOIT.
  • Know established EAM frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman; certification is preferred.
  • Have experience with internal EAM boards or architecture communities.
  • Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related qualification.
  • Have very good German language skills.
