  • Manage employment law matters and related assignments.
  • Conduct litigation, legal research, and legal writing.
  • Develop persuasive arguments and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Work directly with clients.
  • Collaborate with national and local legal teams.
  • Manage assignments with minimal supervision.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least three years of experience.
  • Hold licenses and admission to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Demonstrate strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Have a strong academic record.
  • Show proven research ability.
  • Work independently on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute as a team player.
  • Take initiative as a self-starter.
  • Trial experience is preferred but not required.
