E-commerce and Operations Specialist
Build and manage an e-commerce operation on Mercado Libre Argentina. Research products and oversee sales, inventory, pricing, and logistics partners.

- Research high-demand products in Argentina and uncover sales opportunities.
- Assess pricing, competitors, and consumer trends to position products effectively.
- Calculate opportunity profitability, including sourcing, logistics, marketplace fees, and other costs.
- Create, improve, and manage listings on Mercado Libre Argentina and other relevant marketplaces.
- Set and adjust prices based on margins and market conditions.
- Handle orders, customer questions, and purchase follow-up to support a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with partners responsible for imports, warehousing, order preparation, and local delivery.
- Keep inventory records current and anticipate replenishment needs.
- Track sales, costs, and profitability, and recommend ways to grow the business.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Demonstrated experience managing a Mercado Libre store or a physical-goods sales operation in Argentina.
- Practical knowledge of Mercado Libre operations, including listings, pricing, fees, orders, shipping, and seller reputation.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Able to assess costs, margins, and commercial opportunities.
- Able to work independently with organization and accountability.
- Available for a long-term, freelance, part-time engagement.
- English communication skills for working with the international team are an advantage.
- Experience building an e-commerce store or business from the ground up is an advantage.
- Experience with imported products and logistics provider coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and sales and inventory tracking tools is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative in spotting opportunities and solving problems are an advantage.
