  • Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns that support charity acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with a marketing agency on paid acquisition through LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Own email campaigns end to end, from audience segmentation and scheduling through copywriting, production, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Direct campaign delivery for seasonal initiatives, including Giving Season.
  • Contribute to ongoing programs that help charities improve fundraising and operational effectiveness.
  • Build and update conversion-oriented landing pages, web content, resource hubs, and promotional placements.
  • Produce charity-focused materials such as campaign toolkits, guides, success stories, and webinar promotions.
  • Coordinate webinars and educational initiatives, including promotion, registration flows, speaker support, follow-up, and outcome reporting.
  • Design and execute experiments across email, landing pages, and campaign journeys.
  • Monitor campaign results, maintain dashboards and reports, interpret performance data, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, approvals, and delivery deadlines.
  • Record campaign plans, processes, and outcomes to support a smooth contract handoff.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of practical experience in digital, lifecycle, growth, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, nonprofit, or mission-led organizations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver email campaigns involving segmentation, automation, testing, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
  • Strong campaign execution and project coordination skills.
  • Proactive, accountable approach with the ability to take ownership.
  • Practical experience using an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and campaign measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
  • French proficiency is an advantage but not required.
  • ActiveCampaign experience is an advantage.
