Digital Learning Designer
Designs accessible, interactive online learning for Arden University’s international students. Works with academics and specialist teams to develop flexible, AI-enabled higher education modules.

- Design accessible digital learning experiences for an international student audience
- Create interactive modules with academic subject-matter experts
- Convert complex curriculum content into clear, intuitive digital learning pathways
- Provide learning design support to the Faculty of Learning and Teaching
- Contribute to the continuing development of Arden University’s digital learning environment
- Partner with academic faculties, media producers, and quality assurance teams
- Facilitate storyboarding workshops and advise colleagues on effective teaching methods
- Create, update, and maintain digital learning resources
- Coordinate learning design projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Complete project deliverables within agreed deadlines
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of professional experience in digital learning design
- Higher education experience is preferred
- Experience creating high-quality learning modules with varied platforms and authoring tools
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy, systematic digital learning design, and user experience principles
- Technical ability to build interactive modules in Articulate Rise
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and Virtual Learning Environments
- Knowledge of current accessibility requirements and inclusive design practices
- Ability to integrate equality, diversity, and inclusion into learning design and development
- Capacity to manage a demanding workload, work quickly, and meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to facilitate storyboarding workshops and recommend effective teaching approaches
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with academics and subject-matter experts on digital materials
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for learning design and pedagogy, with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Ability to work independently, handle unexpected challenges, and follow institutional processes and regulations
- A relevant master’s degree is desirable
- A recognized professional certification in digital learning design is desirable
- Specific experience as a digital learning designer in higher education is desirable
- Working knowledge of wider university operations is desirable
- Direct experience using Moodle is desirable
