Manage Florida residential communities for Sentry Management, Inc. by supporting association boards, coordinating vendors, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, and directing day-to-day operations.

- Support client satisfaction by addressing the needs of assigned community associations and their boards.
- Prepare for and participate in annual and general association meetings.
- Oversee vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests and approvals.
- Coordinate janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and other assigned staff.
- Collect and code invoices for payment while monitoring outstanding monthly assessments.
- Act as the liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
- Prepare management reports and financial summaries for association boards.
- Oversee the onboarding and transition-out of community associations.
- Supervise the associations within the assigned portfolio.
- Work with boards of directors, vendors, and the Sentry home office to deliver customer service and meet company objectives.

- Active Florida CAM license and at least two years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in community association management.
- Professional, organized, and self-directed approach to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
