Conduct entry-level energy audits and install efficiency measures for Louisiana businesses. This field-based customer service role includes daily territory travel in a company vehicle.

- Meet with commercial and industrial business owners and operators
- Install energy efficiency measures
- Conduct entry-level energy audits at small and midsize commercial facilities
- Verify installations before and after work is completed
- Gather technical data across an assigned territory
- Explain program offerings to customers and contractors and encourage participation
- Answer basic customer questions
- Record inspections, installations, and customer interactions according to program requirements
- Complete on-site installations using basic tools and physical effort
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical or installation problems, escalating them to program staff as needed
- Travel daily across the assigned territory
- Serve customers in the field Monday through Friday, generally from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time

- This is an entry-level position
- Experience in construction, facility maintenance, installation, or a related industry
- Customer service skills
- Residence in or near central to northern Louisiana, including as far north as Monroe
- Ability to travel daily across an assigned territory
- Ability to perform physical work and bend, crouch, kneel, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb and work from a ladder
- Ability to use power and basic hand tools
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a driving record that meets CLEAResult's minimum safety standard
- Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
- Satisfactory motor vehicle report and a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement
- Where applicable, meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements and follow relevant transportation regulations
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship
