- Shape and expand the performance marketing offering
- Analyze the Swiss market and competitors to identify opportunities
- Work directly with clients to set objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Create processes and tools for campaign management and performance analysis
- Contribute to entrepreneurial decisions alongside the founding team
- Grow the digital services portfolio with a strong focus on SEO strategy
- Help drive the ongoing evolution of the business model
आवश्यकताएँ
- Several years of demonstrated SEO experience, preferably in an agency or similar environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to invest as a co-founder
- Extensive knowledge of the Swiss market, ideally gained while based in Switzerland
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong execution focus
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence working with and interpreting KPIs
- Enthusiasm for serving SMEs and helping build a new company
- Native-level German proficiency is required
- Swiss origin or an excellent understanding of the Swiss market
