Client Services Officer, Debt Markets — Hybrid Australia
Support payment operations, compliance activities and client relationships for Perpetual Corporate Trust, an Australian fiduciary and custody business. Develop practical expertise in debt markets and securitisation services.

- Process payment instructions accurately within established service levels
- Build and sustain effective operational relationships with designated clients
- Develop working knowledge of assigned trusts and relevant team systems
- Handle invoicing, billing and Client Connect obligations
- Apply internal controls, policies, procedures and applicable risk frameworks
- Assist with client administration, record keeping, archiving and filing
- Participate in team projects and provide cover for colleagues when needed
- Manage payment functions while supporting the Client Services Team with daily operational and compliance activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of experience in financial services
- Experience or familiarity with securitisation or debt markets is desirable, though not required
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Analytical judgement with a practical approach to solving problems
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues
- A collaborative mindset and readiness to support the wider team
