- Create and maintain high-performance Rust backend services and core infrastructure.
- Develop, optimize, and audit secure smart contracts for advanced EVM environments.
- Build and improve real-time trading systems targeting sub-millisecond end-to-end execution.
- Work with foundational engineering teams on protocol architecture, cryptography, and scalable distributed systems.
- Embed privacy-preserving cryptography, including Trusted Execution Environments, into the transaction pipeline.
- Complete introductory, technical assessment, and practical evaluation stages.

- Professional experience with Rust and low-level systems programming.
- Background in high-throughput quantitative trading, market-making infrastructure, or order-routing engines.
- Experience designing, profiling, and optimizing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience developing secure smart contracts.
- Working knowledge of mathematics and cryptography, including privacy-preserving primitives and Trusted Execution Environment architectures.
- Able to solve problems independently.
- Motivated to build resilient, scalable infrastructure.
