Associate Paid Search Specialist in Bengaluru (Onsite)
Manage and optimize Google and Bing paid search campaigns for global clients. Analyze performance, oversee budgets, and provide recommendations aligned with campaign KPIs.

- Manage large-scale SEM campaigns for global clients across Google and Bing advertising platforms.
- Plan, optimize, and evaluate campaign performance against client objectives.
- Oversee paid marketing campaigns in line with strategic direction from US and UK team members.
- Verify that campaign setup and delivery follow the approved tactical plan.
- Develop strategic and tactical recommendations to inform future media planning.
- Optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to meet target KPIs.
- May lead a team based on individual capabilities and performance.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience developing paid search or PPC strategies around client goals and objectives.
- Advanced ability to build and optimize campaigns, keyword lists, ad extensions, and related account elements.
- Strong proficiency in writing and testing search advertising copy.
- Experience using Google Ads Editor.
- Ability to forecast budgets and pace campaigns against monthly spending plans.
- Experience with bidding tools and bid management strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including the capacity to interpret marketing campaign data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and trend charts.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and principles such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, and cost per acquisition.
