Support Pearson VUE’s assessment content lifecycle in Melbourne through subject matter expert training, quality assurance, and exam publication. Coordinate educational assessment development, documentation, and stakeholder workflows.

- Contribute to the full development and production cycle for assessment content
- Train subject matter experts in item writing and review processes
- Support content workflows and provide constructive feedback to subject matter experts
- Create and distribute guidance materials for item writers and reviewers
- Complete quality checks before content is published
- Keep project records current and deliver work within deadlines
- Organise materials and preparation for content development meetings
- Develop and publish examinations
- Gather and report data on team activities
- Flag risks, propose resolutions, and make informed content decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement through AI and emerging technologies
- Coordinate internal and external resources and training materials
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Content Development Manager
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in a related area such as test development, education, or publishing
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including education or publishing
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Capacity to deliver against immovable deadlines
- Highly organised approach to work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
