  • Monitor emerging LLM and generative-model research, turning relevant advances into practical opportunities
  • Use advanced methods to improve summarization quality and develop LLM-based evaluation systems
  • Own the full machine-learning lifecycle, from research and model training through evaluation
  • Improve generated content and member outcomes through recommendation-systems principles
  • Collaborate with machine-learning scientists and engineers to deploy models in business applications and platforms
  • Explain complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert by identifying high-impact opportunities and shaping and delivering technical roadmaps
  • Contribute to the broader machine-learning community inside and outside the company

  • Regularly follow LLM and generative-model research and connect meaningful advances to real-world business challenges
  • Strong grounding in machine learning and deep learning, particularly natural language processing, understanding, and generation
  • Research experience with summarization or generated-text evaluation, including approaches such as LLM-as-judge, is advantageous
  • Experience with computer-vision models, including diffusion models, is advantageous
  • Advanced expertise in at least one LLM post-training method
  • Experience in recommendation systems, personalization, or other member-facing optimization systems is strongly preferred
