Administrative Assistant – Arizona Tax Forms (Phoenix Hybrid)
Administrative Assistant handling Arizona tax forms, taxpayer questions, records, mail, and first-level customer service for SR International, an IT consulting and solutions provider.

- Review incoming Arizona tax forms, including Forms 285 and 290, for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare Power of Attorney and Penalty Abatement forms for data entry
- Organize and securely retain paper, email, and fax records of submitted forms and completed actions
- Investigate and address Power of Attorney and prescreening questions or issues
- Act as the contact for taxpayer inquiries concerning Forms 285 and 290
- Provide first-level assistance to taxpayers completing forms
- Refer complex or intermediate taxpayer questions to senior team members
- Handle onsite mail processing as assigned
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Applicants must be local, available for an in-person interview, and able to begin within two weeks of receiving an offer
- Must work onsite as needed for mail processing, approximately 10% of the time, at 1600 W. Monroe, Phoenix, AZ 85007
- Available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Foundational administrative abilities, including typing and filing
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
- Prior 10-key experience preferred
- Able to protect confidential information
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening, including HireRight/Global ID facial biomatrix
- Current location must be included on the resume
- Able to attend an in-person interview within one week after the posting closes
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
