- Own an annual revenue goal focused primarily on winning new business
- Find and secure new brand and agency partners in beauty and wellness
- Develop a prospect pipeline through outbound outreach, industry connections, events, and agency networks
- Manage sales from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, RFPs, pricing, negotiation, and close
- Share market feedback from prospects with Sales, Digital, and Product teams to inform partnership offers, packaging, and pricing
- Represent RealSelf at industry events and build connections with brand and agency decision-makers
- Manage renewals for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Use campaign results to find opportunities for upselling and account growth
- Oversee the delivery of newsletter, social, digital media, and event campaigns
- Define program success measures and prepare post-campaign performance reviews
- Keep pipeline, forecast, and CRM records current, and report revenue, progress, and account health to the VP of Brand Partnerships
- Develop and update sales sheets, case studies, and pitch decks
- Report to the VP of Brand Partnerships
דרישות
- Bring 4–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated media sales, or advertising sales, ideally in beauty, health, or lifestyle
- Have a track record of winning new business and meeting or surpassing revenue quotas
- Have experience with outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from the ground up
- Existing connections with beauty and wellness brands or their agencies are a strong plus
- Have experience selling integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning content, newsletters, social, and events
- Bring strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Be organized and comfortable with data, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Live in New York City and be able to work from the downtown office two days per week in a hybrid schedule
