Expand Nabi Health’s weight-inclusive nutrition-care referral network across Austin. Build provider partnerships, generate patient referrals, and represent the company through field-based engagement.
Tavsif
- Identify and develop new healthcare-provider relationships into lasting referral partnerships
- Lead in-person introductions, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits explaining Nabi’s patient support
- Strengthen existing provider relationships to sustain patient-referral activity
- Communicate Nabi’s model clearly and simplify the referral process for partners
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to support a smooth provider and patient experience
- Oversee the territory from a home base while visiting providers, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field
Talablar
- Work independently and effectively in a field-based startup setting
- Communicate clearly and establish trust with healthcare providers
- Use a relationship-focused, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development
- Stay organized and self-directed while managing a pipeline and following through with limited oversight
- Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care is preferred
- A proven record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals is preferred
